This is where I’ll be all week! We are spending the week relaxing in Disney before it gets full of spring breakers. There’s also big changes coming to the home because the rest of the furniture arrives tomorrow. The downstairs came fully furnished, but upstairs was not. The rest of the furniture arrives tomorrow. I’ll be sharing more of the house on stories this week, so make sure you’re watching my stories.

Charlie has officially outgrown her bed (not that she ever sleeps in it), but it’s time for an upgrade. She has selected a big castle bed and said she will be sleeping in it. It wasn’t my first choice, but if she’s willing to sleep in it, then she can have it lol.

It’s bittersweet taking apart this room because I love it so much but she has NEVER slept the night in this toddler bed anyway. Hoping the new bed will get her to sleep in her room, but I honestly doubt it. What do you think? Any chance she’ll be sleeping in her room or she’s staying in my bed? And if you have any tips for encouraging her to sleep in her room please send them my way!

I was planning to post this on Monday, but my iPhone 11 Pro suddenly turned off Sunday night and wouldn’t turn back on. I followed all the steps suggested online, but nothing worked. I reached out to Apple and they couldn’t help either. I even took it to an Apple store and they told me my only choice was to restore it to factory settings, aka lose everything that wasn’t backed up. For me that was months worth of pictures.

Remember how I was working on backing up all my photos these past couple weeks?! Well I haven’t gotten into 2020 yet so a huge chunk of the year was gone. I refused to accept that so I bought a new phone and kept mine.

I was finally able to get my laptop to recognize my phone after a hard reset and then I set my computer to update my phone. It didn’t seem to be doing anything, but 6 hours later it showed that the software was being extracted from my phone and then reinstalled. You guys, my phone turned back on!!! I was able to get all my photos back and I’m so glad I didn’t listen to everyone and just restore my phone. If your phone turns off on you, don’t give up hope. Don’t restore it right away. Keep trying!!

The parks inside Disney’s Golden Oak neighborhoo

The parks inside Disney’s Golden Oak neighborhood all have bronze statues of Disney characters. Right next to the playground (Charlie’s favorite park) there’s a bridge with Pinocchio. Also inside the neighborhood there’s statues of the princesses.... There’s one of the Little Mermaid with Flounder and Sebastian in front of the waterfall and by a fountain there’s Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs. Which is your favorite character?

How many pictures do you have on your camera roll? I’m officially up to 132,835 photos and I don’t have space for even 1 more.
I back them up to the cloud normally but even that is full already. I kept trying to delete some every night to make space for the next day, but I give up. I run out of space every single day. I’ve spent the past couple days trying to back it all up to an external hard drive so I can make space on my phone. I’ve been sitting in front of my computer for 2 days straight and I haven’t even gotten through 10% of it. This is going to take a lot longer than expected.

I just want space on my phone so I can actually start creating content again. Please tell me I’m not the only one with this problem.

When did my baby get so big?! It feels like just the other day I had a chunky baby full of rolls and look at her now.

I need time to slow down! She’s suddenly looking like a big kid and I’m not ready for it.

#Ad If 2020 taught me anything, it was to be grateful for what I have and find balance in all things. My goal for 2021 is to make the most of every moment and truly just live a happy life. Sometimes it’s the little moments that have the greatest impact. Charlie’s new soccer ball arrived so we decided to make an event out of it. I setup a little picnic in the park right in front of our home. Charlie got to play with her new ball, while my hubby and I enjoyed some of our favorite snacks from @sunchips and @popcorners.

2021 is my year for a happy, balanced life. I’m going to workout and take care of my body, but enjoy the carbs and snacks. #SnackALittleSmarter

This is the side of the Disney house. I love how there is so much detail no matter where you look. The design team really focused on replicating the details of Belle’s house in Beauty & the Beast and I’m loving it!

We’re in full blown Valentine’s Day mode around here. The house is decorated, the heart pajamas arrived and tomorrow we’re going to prepare Valentines goodies for her friends. I know she won’t get the full experience because she’s not in school yet, but I want to make it as exciting as possible. Any ideas? I’d love to add some fun activities at home.
