I knew this property was one of Gaudi’s works and something to see in Barcelona, but I had no idea this was inside! A few people told me to take the tour so we decided to do it last minute and it was such a highlight of our trip. This room was definitely the best part, but the audio guided tour with the iPad was also amazing… each room has AR which Charlie loved! She would go room by room looking for a turtle or dog to appear (I shared more on stories). If you’re in Barcelona make sure to include a visit to Casa Batlló on your itinerary.

I brought my big camera along to Tibidabo and took tons of pictures. I know photos aren’t the thing any more but they make my heart happy. Here’s some of my favorites from our morning at Tibidabo…. A hill overlooking Barcelona that has an amusement park and the beautiful Sagrat Cor church. ❤️

Save this post for your next Barcelona trip with your kids! We found the most amazing playground inside the Jardins Sagrada Familia which is right across from the Basilica de La Sagrada Familia. If you’re walking it’s to the Southwest of the Sagrada Familia. If you’re in a car, ask them to drop you off at the intersection of Carrer de Sardenya and Carrer de Mallorca.

Your kids will love it and I promise you’ll get the best photos of them with an amazing view. It’s easiest to photograph them when they’re having fun. 🤪

Did you spot the characters in our Beauty and the Beast railing going up to our 3rd floor reading room? The bookshelf just got an update and I’m loving the rainbow colored books. We also added a whole bunch of games so there’s extra fun to be had in the girl’s playroom/reading room.

It’s Princess Belle to you! A full blown day of becoming a princess. She loved it so much that she refused to let me bathe her after the park… so she went to dinner as Belle and fell asleep during dinner. I had to bathe her half asleep to get all that gel out of her hair at 11PM 😂 I’ll be sharing a full reel all about our Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique experience tomorrow.

If you like thrill rides, you don’t want to miss Tron! I didn’t think any ride could top Guardians of the Galaxy and this one comes close. If you ask my husband, he says this one is even better. If you can get on the virtual queue when it opens, do it! You won’t regret it. And I hear it’s even better at night because the outdoor section is also all lit up.

Afternoon tea at the Plaza Hotel is a must for any NYC girls trip! If you’re taking your daughter, I promise you she will love it. They offer a children’s Eloise tea (based on the book, Eloise) and they even have an Eloise gift shop with tons of goodies for your little ones. All 3 of our girls said it was the highlight of our girls trip. You don’t want to miss it! Reservations are available online.
