Charlie’s glow in the dark troll rave was a major hit! She really turns 7 next week but we celebrated a little early this year. I’ve had this idea in my head for a couple of years now and it finally came to life! Thank you to all of our friends and family that joined us to celebrate. I have tons of videos to sort through to make a video and I still haven’t received the rest of the pictures so I promise there’s lots more of Charlie’s party to come! Honestly you can’t even see the best of it here. It was so much fun!

We got invited to a cooking school to make Garfield’s favorite meal, lasagna. There’s a new @garfieldmovie coming out May 24th in theaters and to prepare for the big day we got invited to an event @realfoodacademy where we were taught how to make a 3 course meal including lasagna. I’ve never made pasta from scratch and couldn’t believe how long of a piece we were able to make. Definitely a fun experience for both mommy and daughter! #garfieldmovie @sonypictures

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mamas and grandmas! I hope you were spoiled today and everyday. 🥰 It’s the hardest job there is, but it’s the most rewarding.

My daughter got a black eye at school the week of her ballet recital and I had to cover it up. These $4 color correctors work like magic! If you have any bruising from fillers or Botox, this is the perfect solution.

The green and orange help mute the colors of the bruise before applying your normal makeup. I used a little setting powder over top of this and then a layer of normal concealer with some more setting powder. I’m not a makeup artist but this definitely worked! You can then go over it all with some foundation but I didn’t do it here. I just added the powder and some blush as it was stage makeup.

Happy Earth Day! Since my daughter was little I made a huge effort to get her outdoors as much as possible. She’s loved the beach since she was a baby. And by the age of 2 we had her hiking with us. Looking back I realize how tiny she was on all of these adventures. But all of these experiences have made her love nature and worry about it, so she can make a difference in the future.

The next generation of besties! I love seeing my best friends kids grow up with my daughter. The kids all get along so well and have created such a special bond. They all came to watch my daughters spring show and brought her flowers and notes they wrote for her. Truly such a special day ❤️

I had no idea the MagicBands+ did this! I was carrying my daughter during the fireworks at Epcot when I realized that her band was lighting up and the colors were matching what was happening in the show at that moment. Such a cool feature!

I’ve always had the good ol original plain magic bands that didn’t do anything. My daughter asked for this cute encanto band one day in the park and I agreed to buy it for her without looking at the price tag. I was shocked when they told me how expensive it was at the register. I had no idea they did anything special. When I got home I realized it had to be charged and then figured it must have some cool features. But I never thought it would do all of this. They’re not cheap, but they’re super fun for the kids! I shared more cool MagicBand+ features in a previous reel.

These might be my favorite! All of the characters at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival are amazing but the seven dwarfs are just next level. After our tequila tasting we walked about to see them all and these were just extra special. They’re right by Italy. If you haven’t been yet, try to go this year. The Flower and Garden festival runs through the end of May.

This is my new favorite experience in Disney! I recently found out that @lacavadeltequila has a tequila experience and instantly made a reservation for my next visit. This is called La Cava Experience and it truly is so much more than a tasting. The small group class takes place in La Hacienda de San Angel and is led by @agaveambassador that came to Disney from Tequila, Mexico.

If you love tequila or are interested in learning more, I highly recommend this experience. Reservations are available on the Disney app.

#GeneralMillsPartner We love spending time outdoors, especially this time of year. In Florida, April is some of my favorite weather and with Earth Day quickly approaching, it’s a reminder of this beautiful world we get to enjoy. Instead of having lunch indoors, we love having picnics in the park in front of our home with some of our favorite General Mills products.

April is all about Earth Day and it reminds us of all those little extras we can do to help keep our Earth beautiful for generations to come. In our household, we always recycle, we are conscious of using sustainable plates whenever possible (like on this picnic), we have a vegetable garden we maintain at home and I always use reusable totes when grocery shopping.

Save this for your next Disney trip! Enchanted Tales with Belle is an interactive meet and greet with Belle that is sure to be a highlight of your trip.

Children (and some adults) are selected to play the roles in the story that they will be acting out with Belle. Children don’t have to participate but anyone that wants a role will get one, making sure no child is left out. In the library, Lumiere narrates the story and everyone acts out their part. At the end Belle takes one on one photos with each participant and gives them each a keepsake.

My daughter was beyond excited that she got picked to be Beast and it was one of the highlights of her day. Don’t miss this next time you’re in Magic Kingdom. It’s right by Beast’s Castle (the restaurant Be Our Guest).
